At AltaMedix Adult Day Health Care, we recognize that good nutrition is essential to maintaining health, energy, and quality of life. Our nutrition services are designed to provide well-balanced meals and expert dietary guidance to support the unique health needs of each participant.

Our nutrition services include:

• Balanced Nutrition – Thoughtfully prepared meals that meet daily dietary needs
• Breakfast and Lunch – Fresh, nutritious meals served daily in a comfortable setting
• Nutritional Counseling – Individualized support and guidance from qualified professionals to address dietary goals and restrictions

We ensure every meal is not only nourishing but also enjoyable, helping participants feel their best every day.

Nondiscrimination Statement
