At AltaMedix Adult Day Health Care, we are committed to making our services accessible and convenient for the communities we serve. To support participants and their families, we offer transportation to and from the center for residents of Sacramento, Yolo, Placer, and El Dorado Counties.
Service Update:
Effective March 21, 2020, in response to the California Governor’s executive order regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, all in-center services—including client transportation—have been temporarily suspended. During this time, our transportation vans are being used exclusively for meal deliveries to ensure continued nutritional support for our participants.
We look forward to resuming full transportation services when it is safe to do so.
